We have assembled a managerial partnership of experienced entrepreneurial leaders. However, this is a very simplified definition for what we ARE to be. The measure of our leadership has much  less to do with how we define our roles and more about the impact on others Monday to Monday. INFLUENCE REDEFINED, it comes from how others experience you:

Trustworthy

Credible

Humble

Knowledgeable

Passionate

Confidant

Visionary
